How do I get started?

Just email us your contact information and what you need for us to do in the way of immigration-based recruitment advertising. We’ll assign a case manager who will be available to answer all your questions.

Who checks advertising copy for correct information?

Once we create a help wanted ad on your behalf, you will have the opportunity to check it for accuracy and to make any final changes at that time.

Then what happens?

Upon approval of the ad copy, Lingua Chicago will obtain a price quote from the media outlets. The cost of media space can be paid by you or your client. We will schedule the approved ads to run in compliance with DOL regulations.

What do you provide for my filing?

We will provide you with the original tear-sheets, proofs of advertising from the web portals, and/or ad affidavits so that you can proceed with filing your labor certification cases.

How about the Full Service option?

After we complete the Full Service recruitment advertising (Option II), you will also have a confirmation of a job order with a State Workforce Agency, a job posting copy for the employer/petitioner on-site display (we will help with drafting it), and an affidavit of recruitment advertising results with the analysis of applicants’ qualifications in relation to the advertised position (we will help with drafting it).

What are the terms and forms of payment?

Given the unique nature of media advertising, we will require full prepayment of media costs by check or bank transfer. For the service part of our fees, our Fortune 500 clients and customers with over ten transactions may be eligible for Net payment terms. Please contact us to discuss your specific arrangement.
