I am not a professional but I work with an attorney. Can you deliver translations or supporting documentation directly to my attorney’s office?

Yes, whenever you authorize us to do so.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We understand the unique needs of all of our customers so we offer a variety of payment options to allow each of our customers a choice in how they complete their order:

  1. Credit Cards
    We offer the convenience of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover payments. For the security of all credit card transactions, we screen all credit card orders for potential fraud so it is important that the billing address you use in the ordering process matches the billing address of your credit card.
  2. Checks
    Please make your checks payable to Lingua Chicago, Inc. Because of the custom nature of our services, we cannot start processing your order until your check is received. We will begin processing orders immediately upon verification of payment.
  3. Zelle®
    Payments with Zelle are free, fast, safe, and easy. You can make them from your online bank account or from your bank’s mobile app. Most banks in the US offer this tool. If you prefer to pay via Zelle, please email or call us to place your order.
  4. Purchase Orders
    Net terms are available for orders from non-profits, government agencies and corporate accounts. If you wish to use a purchase order please email or call us to set up an account.
  5. PayPal
    If you prefer to pay via PayPal, please email or call us to place your order.
